We would like to take this opportunity to thank Michael Ilnitsky and Brenda Nice for acting as our realtors when we decided to sell our house in Qualicum Beach.  They came and assessed our home; discussed what our house was worth; and with that we decided that they would be the “team” to sell our house and get the market value for it.  

Mike and Brenda listed and even found the people who bought our house; for the price we decided upon; all within a time period of 20 days!  They were very astute with how the market was at the time; and it gave us great relief to pass this part of our life on to them at this very stressful time.
